The Aparthotel has 39 hotel rooms and 44 apartments, twin inland rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults. Side and front sea view rooms have a balcony and can also accommodate up to 3 adults, they are available at a supplement. Safe box key, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, television remote and fridge are available at a charge / deposit from reception.
The apartments are either studios which accommodate up to 3 adults, or one bedroom apartments which accommodate up to 4 adults. The apartments are equipped with kitchenette, fridge, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and 2 electric hobs.

Facilities and Amenities
Continental breakfast and dinner is served in Giulio's Restaurant in a buffet style. The restaurant overlooks the picturesque harbour and serves a variety of dishes which include Maltese and Italian, Oriental - Maltese and other themed nights are held weekly in the restaurant.
BBQ's are held every Wednesday night (with live entertainment) during the summer season.
On the ground floor a coffee shop/cafe is located providing beverages and light snacks.
Giulio's Bar is located on the eighth floor with a terrace that has harbour views.
On the 8th floor there is a sun terrace and outdoor swim spa/Jacuzzi.
There is also a games room and 24hr internet café available, WI FI is available at a local charge in the lobby area.

115 The Strand Aparthotel is situated in a prime position along one of Malta’s most popular promenades; a stones throw from Sliema’s popular shopping centre, cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a seafront location providing spectacular views across Marsamxetto harbour to Valletta, Malta’s historical capital city; there is a regular boat ferry service from the Strand to Valletta, a very short journey to a fascinating World Heritage site.
