The Calypso Hotel, was second to none, the decor was fabulous, the room was spacious and comfortable with excellent bay views. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Calypso Hotel to anyone.
The resort is quiet, with adequate resteraunts and bars without being over the top and too commercialised. The Gozonian people are the most friendly and laid back we have ever come across.
We will have no hesitation in using Chevron, visiting Gozo or staying in the Calypso Hotel again.

Very clean and staff all very friendly and helpful - There is no fast lane..so a fantastic place to unwind and recharge batteries - My transfers to and from airport to Gozo seemed to be better organised than those by other operators.

My husband and I went to Gozo in December for Christmas. We stayed at the Calypso Hotel in Marsalforn. Just want to thank you for the excellent value and service we had. Everything went well except for one small thing which I'll come to later, from being picked up from Luqa airport taken to the ferry, meet on the other side and the reverse journey back. The hotel was excellent, our room was great and the restuarent food was very good indeed. We'll certainly stay there again. We are already talking of next Christmas!
The one thing that let the ferry part down, which I know has nothing to do with you or your company but I would like you to know, was we had to carry our cases on to the ferry instead of loading them on to the luggage container that takes them on to the ferry. We were told it had broken down. It was still not in use a week. As we are both pensioners and my husband has a heart problem this was hard work. Going over to Gozo on the ferry cars had been parked across the lift doors so we couldn't even use that. Coming back at least we could use the lift but it's quite a way to where the taxis wait then to pull cases along. I do hope that Gozo Ferries get more luggage container instead of just one.

Chevron Feedback: We are informed there are now several working luggage containers. Development of the ferry terminal in the port of Cirkewwa comprising a passenger-handling building with gangway connections to the ships for foot passengers should be completed in Q2 2013. The Gozo passenger terminal at Mgarr is now complete.

I returned from Gozo yesterday, Saturday, after staying a week at the Calypso.
The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff very helpful, the food was very good as well.
What really impressed me was the smoothness of the transfers. I was the only one on the East Mids flight going over there. Taxi waiting for me at the airport to take me to the ferry, ferry, then taxi waiting to take me to the hotel and in reverse. All turned up on time and they were there to meet me for each part of the journey. You can imagine that as a female travelling alone it can be quite disconcerting with journeys like this.
I presume that the transfers over there were organised by George, your rep, I must say he is a credit to your company.
There was nothing about the holiday I could fault, in fact I only have praise.
