It's the fifth time that I have been to this hotel so all of the staff (and a lot of the holiday makers) know each other so it is a very friendly place.

Didn't think the hotel was 4star, not far off just a couple of little things, toast at breakfaso only done on one side, staff seemed slow at replenishing things on the buffett, wouldn't take a lot to make it a very classy hotel.
Every thing went like clockwork, transfers both ways, rep at hotel when she said she would be, and was not pushy about selling trips, which was appreciated as most reps are too full on.

after reading reviews about this hotel I was a little worried that we may have made the wrong choice. No need though, it couldn't have been better. I had read that the food was poor, the 4 of us were very happy with food. My friend is particularly fussy as she doesn't eat fruit, many vegetables or salad but never complained once there was always something, the pork was beautiful. The hotel has to cater for various nationalities not just for us English. I would suggest that people who want english food to just book B & B only and eat out for their other meals.
I reported that the toilet was leaking one morning & they sorted it by the time we got back in the afternoon. Some of the staff could have been a little friendlier and smile when you spoke to them. We were told that after 12pm on the day of departure our all inclusive deal would end & we would have to pay for food and drink, so we bought lunch from the pool bar & later found out that we could have had this for free as part of the deal.(minor point).
Will go back to Malta with you and to the same hotel .

An excellent hotel in every way. This is my second stay and I will (hopefully) be there again next yearA luggage ramp on the appeoach steps would be advantagious. I had a bad fall and the treatment I received at Mosta Clinic was excellent. People don't always know about this (free) facility.
