Excellent hotel, efficient and friendly stall. Great food and accommodation. Would highly reccomend.
Use the island bus service, excellent and cheap. The open top tours are expensive and not comfortable.
The transfer agent at Malta airport was unhelpful as we had not arrived as scheduled. due to the snow caused delay. Further, more the agent did not arrive at the hotel until Tuesday evening, when we were out.

The hotel was excellent in all respects. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. All public areas and the bedroom were kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Plenty of sunbeds. Buffet breakfast exceptional although the service could be a bit patchy when the restaurant was busy -maybe a few more staff at busy times would help.
We have used Chevron for many years and have always found the service and value for money to be excellent.

The hotel was lovely, the pools were amazing as were the restaurants except Henry J Beans - which was pretty terrible! The service was appalling. The Grill Restaurant was fantastic!!! The location is great - the hotel is quite, but still really close 10 mins walk to clubs and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
Recomend: The Hotel and Chevron day tours! Malta is a fantastic destination :-)

Typical 5 star businessman's hotel/conference centre. Watch out when booking rooms with a seaview. Some of them (particularly to the left of the hotel when viewed from the sea) require contortions to actually see any sea! Also, balconies on left side of hotel are screened from sun almost all day whereas right side have excellent sunny aspect.
