I have stayed here 6 times, which shows how good it is. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you want. Food is good with a wide choice.

The staff were very friendly and the set up helped people on their own to be gently befriended.
The Arriva weekly bus ticket is good value and encourages you to get out and visit the whole island.
The space between the rows of seats in the Ryanair plane is far too close. You can't even read because your book is too close to your eyes!

Staff very friendly and helpful, looked forward to breakfast every day. A lovely and pleasant island where you feel very secure whatever the time. Change the time for meeting with rep, it was 3.00pm on the Monday hence could not plan a day trip as we did other days, also return flight could have been earlier

Chevron Feedback: Unfortunately due to the varying arrival times of guests and the number of hotels that are visited it is impossible to find an ideal time to hold the welcome meetings, however all clients are given the contact number of our Malta handling agent should they prefer to contact the office directly.
Chevron Air Holidays has no jurisdiction over flight times; our consultants can only offer the flights available at the time of booking.
Good value for money. Staff friendly. Large room cleaned daily. Food adequate. Well situated for getting around the Island and walk into St Juliens Bays. The diplomat has a bar and food/coffee lounge with TV, reasonable prices. All English speaking staff with very mixed nationalities within the hotel - very cosmopolitan
