This mid terraced villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one having a Jacuzzi bath and one en suite). The villa’s ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen/ dining room, a living area with open fireplace, a 40 inch LCD with cable TV, DVD player, PlayStation, pay phone and Wi-Fi. A double bedroom and a guest bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC and washing machine are also located on the ground floor. Access to the swimming pool and deck area with stone built BBQ is via French doors in the lounge.
An open winding wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, basin and WC and one having a separate bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, basin and WC. Another door on the landing leads to a terrace overlooking the pool area.
Maid Service including towel change after 3 nights and full clean including towel and linen change after one week. Pool Maintenance is once weekly.
