The hotel is set in seven acres of mature gardens, nestled between the imposing architectural features of historical fortifications. Facilities include a heated pool with a sundeck facing Marsamxett Harbour. Various Spa treatments and massages are available, at a local charge, by qualified therapists offering a range of holistic treatments for the mind, body and soul. The hotel also offers mini golf.

Most standard rooms and suites overlook the hotel’s garden, a few are internal. Harbour View rooms and suites face Valletta’s fortifications or the harbour.
Disabled Facilities: The hotel is wheelchair friendly and there are some specially designed rooms for the physically impaired.

Phoenix. A restaurant for fine dining with an international, Mediterranean and local influence. A La Carte menu available - al fresco in summer.
Pegasus. A brasserie for informal dining with a French and Mediterranean feel.
Palm Court. Lounge for drinks, snacks and afternoon teas.
Club Bar. Opens from 18.00hrs until late for drinks, light snacks & platters. Enjoy a cocktail of the day with complimentary canapés each evening between 19.00hrs and 20.00hrs. Visit on Thursdays for “Join the Club” from 19.00hrs for complimentary wine tasting.
Bastion Pool Bar. Open during the summer months, serving an array of drinks, salads and lunch time snacks.

An excellent location next to fortress city of Valletta - a ‘city built by gentlemen for gentlemen’ that has retained much of its historical and architectural charm.
Its grid of narrow streets boasts some of Europe's finest art works, churches and palaces and hosts a vibrant cultural programme. Walking around Valletta, you’ll come across an intriguing historical site around every corner – fountains, niches, statues, quaint gardens and coats of arms high up on parapets. The narrow side streets are full of tiny quaint shops, bars and cafés, whilst the main streets are crammed with international branded shops for fashion, music, jewellery and much more. A wonderful place to explore!
The Phoenicia’s central location on the island and its position (250 metres) from the main bus terminus means getting around is very easy. Sliema, St Julian's or the Royal Malta Golf Club can be reached in less than 20 minutes.
Free parking is available within the hotel grounds.
