a lovely hotel in an excellent position, very convenient for the buses. All the staff were kind,friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts with a good choice - hot and cold.
Hassle free travel with easyjet from Manchester.
You made the booking process very easy and everthing happened like clockwork!.

Comfortable,quiet and in perfect position for seeing Valetta and getting around on the local buses.Hotel service also excellent.
If you are not looking for a beach-type holiday, stay somewhere near Valetta as this is a very interesting City and needs time to view it properly.
Very enjoyable all round.Would recommend to anyone with interest in cultural-type holidays.

Holiday rep to be available at the airport on arrival. Our rep visited the hotel when we were not expecting her.
Majority of staff were pleasant & helpful. High standard of room cleaning. Excellent breakfast but junior waiting staff were slow to clear tables. Recommend: Round the island boat trips, with a stop in Comino.

Chevron Feedback: It is not feasible to have a rep at the airport for every individual arrival. However, our uniformed airport drivers meet all arrivals, hand out Chevron welcome letters and speak reasonable English. Unfortunately a meeting time change was not communicated to clients, by the hotel.We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Improvement: A decent rep at Valletta - turned up on first day at 19.00 for the welcome meeting and she didn't appear - concierge rang her up and meeting rearranged - she was 15 mins late and when she met us started taking a mobile call she was of little help and looked ill at ease.
Fantastic hotel and good base at Valletta although not for children.

We found the Hotel much improved in comparison to our last visit two years ago. The selection of Restaurants in Valetta is excellent.

As always the hospitality, manners, and general conduct of ALL staff encountered was exemplary. Quality and selection of food and beverages was of the highest standard. The Hotel location is ideal for walking into Valletta or utilising the excellent and frequent bus services, all of which obviates the need to hire a vehicle.
By comparison with other airlines travelling to Malta we have found AIR MALTA provides superior service, increased legroom and generally a far more comfortable travelling experience. The complimentary transfer to and from airport to hotel was run very efficiently using up to date vehicles and genial staff.

Lovely hotel with very nice views and old-fashioned charm. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms luxurious. Location ideal.
I'd recommend staying in Valletta if you don't want to drive, it's excellent for transport links, and a walk into the old city each day is inspiring.
We are really happy with the service from Chevron - in 15 trips to Malta, this is the second time we've travelled with you and it's a first-class, efficient company. We will definitely use Chevron in future!

We were initially disappointed with the view from our room which we had paid extra for, however your rep spoke to reception and we were offered another room later that day which was much improved.
