Location
Mellieha is set slightly further north from St Paul's Bay sited on top of a hill, overlooking the north end of Malta. It is a striking hilltop village with a central street winding downhill towards the beach. It is surrounded by fertile valleys with many spots affording fine countryside views - a fine location to go out and stretch your legs.
The hotel’s two buildings, connected via a short underground walkway, are sited a few minutes walk away from the village main square and is well located on the main street which is lined with quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel’s location is conveniently close to all the Island’s most popular sandy beaches. Mellieha Bay, the island’s longest sandy beach is only 900 metres downhill. A wide variety of water sports are available on the beach. In summer the hotel operates a courtesy coach to the beach.
The ferry harbour to Gozo and the famous Blue Lagoon, in Comino, is only 4km away. There is a bus stop close to the hotel.
