Entrance is through a wrought iron gateway to a planted paved terrace or from the street through the main pine door. The house has many original features with its exposed stone walls, stone staircase, ceiling timbers and an arched ceiling in the living room. On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads downstairs to the sitting room and fireplace - up a few steps from here is the kitchen with a door to the pool area. There is also a shower room with WC and basin and a further room with a wrought-iron double sofa bed. The first floor includes a separate wash room with washing machine, iron and board, a large bedroom with two single beds and a door opening to a small iron balcony overlooking the pool area and the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom - also overlooking the pool area. There is also a bathroom with bath, WC and basin and a twin bedroom with a view overlooking the street on this floor. Rooms include a ceiling or standing fan. The bedrooms are also fitted with coin operated ‘pay as you go’ a/c units.
Maid Service including towel change after 3 nights and full clean including towel and linen change after one week. Pool Maintenance is once weekly.
