The REGATTA restaurant provides a varied menu to please the most discerning diners. The BASILICO Restaurant is an already established eating out venue within the Waterfront Hotel for locals and tourists alike. The newly refurbished Basilico concept, offers a mixed menu boasting a selection of over seventy items including salads, pizzas, pastas, burgers, barbeque ribs, rib-eye steaks, chicken, salmon and swordfish. STAR Cafe, offers a menu filled with delicious snack food such as baguettes, ciabattas, ftiras, wraps, jacket potatoes, salads and many more exciting dishes. The LOBBY bar offers a selection of cocktails, spirits, beers and wines. The POOL DECK is a unique venue with commanding views of the Marsamxett harbour and Valletta. Enjoy an elegant evening 'al fresco' canapés and drinks or a more casual Bar-B-Q (seasonal and weather permitting).
