TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS:
- AIRPORT check in desk opens 45 MINUTES prior to the scheduled flight departure time and closes strictly 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
- VALLETTA HARBOUR & GOZO HARBOUR check in desk opens 40 MINUTES prior to scheduled flight departure time and closes strictly 15 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
- All passengers are required to present photo identification on check in (valid ID or Passport)
- Passengers checking in should present their confirmation e-ticket together with their ID or Passport
BAGGAGE POLICY:
CHECKED BAGGAGE:
- Each passenger is permitted to carry a maximum of 10kgs inclusive of hand baggage. Any passenger exceeding their 10kg personal baggage allowance will be charged for excess at the applicable rate of € 2.00 per extra kilo.
- There is no baggage allowance for infants, however one fully collapsable pushchair per infant may be carried free of charge
- Additional infant equipment is charged at a separate fee
CABIN BAGGAGE:
- Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants). Cabin baggage permitted handbag, briefcase, laptops etc must be carried within your permitted 1 piece of cabin baggage.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 50% cancellation charges will apply when cancelling a flight less than 14 days prior to departure
- Full cancellation charges will apply when cancelling flight 7 days prior to departure
- In the event of a flight cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Harbourair will not be held responsible. Every effort will be made to offer the next available flight.
- Harbourair shall not accept any claim to reimburse any additional expenses other than the service booked.
