The Venue
Valletta Live History is fantastically located, smack-bang in the centre of Malta's UNESCO World Heritage city, and within its shopping and entertainment centre – The Embassy. You'll enjoy your time spent within our state-of-the-art cinema, relaxing on comfortable seats and in air-conditioned surroundings.

Valletta Living History is a show created by some of the best in the business. Locally produced by HD Entertainment, it is backed by professionals in the tourism and leisure industries.
The docudrama was penned by internationally-renowned scriptwriter Jonathan Rich, who has contributed to numerous docudramas and leading historical programmes across his varied career. Additionally, it was directed by Vince Briffa, a leading industry professional who has spearheaded numerous projects and films, including the Great Siege of Malta documentary for the BBC.
Valletta
As one of the most historic spots in the Mediterranean, Valletta is a fantastic place to visit, explore and discover.
Now a cosmopolitan city with umpteen great cafes, restaurants and boutiques, Valletta started life during the rule of the Knights of St John. In fact, it is named after Grand Master Jean Parisot de la Valette, who succeeded in defending the island from an Ottoman invasion in the Great Siege of 1565.
Valletta's Baroque character is a haven for architecture lovers, who will also be able to spot elements of Mannerist, Neo-Classical and Modern design throughout the city. Additionally, it's myriad of museums – everything from Fine Art and culture to the popular Palace Armoury – provide plenty of scope for exploration and enjoyable hours spent uncovering the secrets of this unique city.

Getting to Valletta is simple, no matter what part of the island you are staying in. Follow signs to the capital or, if travelling by bus, stop at the main Valletta Bus Terminal. Follow the city's main road, Republic Street, until you reach the National Law Courts on your left. Take the next left turning and look out for the Embassy Shopping Complex.
