How To Book

BOOKING

You may book by telephone or online.
We make no charge for credit or debit cards payments. The deposit to pay is £200 per person - a higher deposit will be necessary if your booked airline requires an immediate full payment. It is vital title, first initial (or name) and surname match your passport exactly.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Do consult us about any special requests at the time of booking. We shall endeavour to meet your requirements, however no guarantee is given, as this does not form part of your holiday contract. For online bookings reply to your booking confirmation to make any requests.

PAYMENT

Insurance premiums (if booked)must be paid immediately. Your holiday balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. Late bookings are accepted right up to the day of departure. Bookings made with less than 8 weeks to departure are payable in full at the time of booking

HOLIDAY CONFIRMATION AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

An invoice, confirmation and insurance synopsis (if purchased) will be sent, to the address given, by return of post. For online bookings, confirmations are sent by Email and insurance synopsis is available online.
About 14 days before your departure you will receive your travel documents. Do check carefully all the documentation you receive and do read our booking conditions.

LATE BOOKINGS

For late bookings, made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment will be required. For very late bookings we can only accept credit or debit card payments and tickets on departure may have to be arranged, at an extra cost from £30.00 per ticket. There may be instances when an extra charge may be levied, if accommodation/seats need to be purchased extra to our normal allocations.
