Les Jardins:
This is the main restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel with a splendid view of the garden and its pool. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) are served here daily. The furniture and interior design follow the traditional Maltese style of soft natural colours and stone. A large glass window faces the garden providing plenty of natural light.
Breakfast buffet: 7:30 am to 10:30 am
Dinner: 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Al Ponte:
The authentic Maltese bistro under a vault ceiling together with its splendid terrace, where our sumptuous meals can be enjoyed 'Al Fresco'. Show kitchen with a special pizza oven; from here the guests can personally witness how their meals are made. The locals know that "the best pizza on the island" is made here. Come and try it yourself and find out!
