TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Unfortunately, in some instances, it has been necessary for airlines to adjust schedules. Obviously, changes have been kept to an absolute minimum and most of our flights have not been materially affected. However, carefully check your travel documents for your final flight details. Make certain all details are accurate. First name, second initial (if applicable) and surname must match your passport. Do call us immediately if you find any errors. Do look after your flight documents, airlines may make a charge to replace lost or damaged tickets/boarding cards.

We check-in all passengers travelling with Ryanair and print and send the boarding cards; if you have not received them 7 days prior to departure please contact the office so another copy can be sent. Failure to present a valid boarding card at the airport may result in you being unable to travel or incurring a Boarding Card Re-issue Fee.

LUGGAGE It will help our representatives to identify you at the airport if you use the enclosed Chevron luggage labels. Your baggage is your responsibility until you have checked in at the airport. Do not place valuables, such as cameras, jewellery, mobile phones or cash in checked baggage that will be carried in the aircraft hold. Any subsequent damage or loss discovered on collection should be reported to an airline representative and a Property Irregularity Report obtained whilst at the airport. If you come across a delay collecting your luggage, do please try to get a message to the driver waiting for you in the arrival lounge, as they are unable to enter the baggage hall and other passengers cannot be kept waiting indefinitely. If this is not done they will be unable to arrange alternative transport for you and you will be responsible to make your own way to the hotel. In addition to your personal luggage allowance you may carry one piece of hand luggage on board the aircraft.
