Your Luggage is your responsibility until you have checked in at the airport.
Do not place valuables, such as cameras, jewellery, mobile phones or cash in checked baggage that will be carried in the aircraft hold. Any subsequent damage or loss discovered on collection should be reported to an airline representative and a Property Irregularity Report obtained whilst at the airport.
If you come across a delay collecting your luggage, do please try to get a message to the driver waiting for you in the arrival lounge, as they are unable to enter the baggage hall and other passengers cannot be kept waiting indefinitely.
If this is not done they will be unable to arrange alternative transport for you and you will be responsible to make your own way to the hotel.
In addition to your personal luggage allowance you may carry one piece of hand luggage on board the aircraft.
*this information is for guidance only, further hold luggage allowance options are available
*Does not offer an optional baggage allowance. Check in will close 5 mins prior to the scheduled time of departure at Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester.

Hand luggage – Ryanair has recently introduced a new hand luggage policy, the details of which are listed below. If your outbound flight departs before 1st November 2018 and your inbound flight departs on or after 1st November 2018 you will need to adhere to both rules:
Hand luggage – Flights departing before 1st November 2018
- One piece - 10kg per person (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) plus small bag up to 35cm x 20cm x 20cm. Please note that only customers who pay for priority-boarding will be allowed to take the two pieces of hand luggage on board, all other passengers will only be allowed to take one small bag such as a handbag or laptop bag (35cm x 20cm x 20cm) onto the aircraft and the second normal size bag (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) will be placed free of charge in the hold at the boarding gate. Please note this bag will still need to be carried through security, so you still can't pack razors, large bottles of liquids etc
Hand luggage – Flights departing on or after 1st November 2018
- One small bag per person (40cm x 20cm x 25cm) to carry in the cabin plus One piece - 10kg per person (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) checked bag.
Hand luggage – Flights departing on or after 1st November 2018, booked from 1st September 2018 onwards
- One small bag per person (40cm x 20cm x 25cm) to carry in the cabin.
Please note that only customers who pay for priority-boarding will be allowed to take the two pieces of hand luggage on board. Non priority boarding passengers wishing to bring a second larger wheelie bag (10kg weight) can either purchase priority boarding from £7 per person per way or purchase the 10kg check in bag for €/ £10 (if added online after booking.) Non-priority customers who have not added a bag to their booking can still purchase a 10kg wheelie bag at the airport bag drop desk for €/£20 or €/£25 at the boarding gate. The 10kg wheelie bag must be deposited at the airport bag drop desk prior to entering security.
Handbags/laptops are considered as your one piece of hand luggage allowance.
