If you come across a delay collecting your luggage, do please try to get a message to the driver waiting for you in the arrival lounge, as they are unable to enter the baggage hall and other passengers cannot be kept waiting indefinitely. If this is not done they will be unable to arrange alternative transport for you and you will be responsible to make your own way to the hotel. In addition to your personal luggage allowance you may carry one piece of hand luggage on board the aircraft.
