A complete new Spa, new main kitchen and referbishment of the Les Jardins restaurant, upgrades and refurb to the indoor pool including new showers and deckchairs and an elegant new staircase leading up to the conference room area's and leading to the main restaurant.

TWIN BALCONY / TWIN BALCONY GARDEN SIDE SEA VIEW

Elegantly decorated in warm colours offering about 25sqm of space - with Italian style furniture, tiled flooring and a choice of double or single beds. These rooms can accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (max.) Village view, side sea view and garden rooms are available and include a balcony. Internal rooms have no balcony and can accommodate up to 2 persons.

DELUXE / DELUXE GARDEN SIDE SEA VIEW

The Superior Comfort Rooms are elegant rooms of a higher category for that extra touch of comfort. From its balcony one can enjoy a charming village or a garden and/or side sea view. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults plus 1 child.

JUNIOR SUITE / JUNIOR SUITE GARDEN SIDE SEA VIEW

All the features of the comfort room but with the addition of a seating area with convertible sofa bed. Room area approximately 34sqm. These rooms can accommodate up to 3 persons. Village view, side sea view and garden rooms are available and all include a balcony.

DELUXE JUNIOR SUITE / DELUXE JUNIOR SUITE GARDEN SIDE SEA VIEW

The Superior Deluxe Rooms are a higher category to the standard Deluxe rooms. From its balcony one can enjoy a charming village or a garden and/or side sea view. These rooms also include a sitting area with a convertible sofa. Rooms can accommodate up to 3 persons.

FAMILY JUNIOR SUITE

Include more sophisticated furnishing in about 36sqm of space, with marble/parquet flooring. The bedroom and living area is separated by a partition wall and there is also a convertible sofa bed, so rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons; 2 adults and 2 children. All have a balcony with side sea view and garden views.

DELUXE SUITE WITH HOT TUB

A superior suite with unique facilities and luxurios setting with great views. Includes a jacuzzi on the balcony

SUITE WITH PRIVATE POOL (previously La Salita Suite)

Indulge yourself in the elegant style of décor and decadent luxury for a truly memorable and remarkable experience. The 96sqm of inside space includes a bedroom, bathroom with separate toilet, convertible sofa bed, kitchenette, dining and lounge area and a ‘chill out’ corner. The very large roof terrace, 127sqm, has a private swimming pool, relaxation and dining area, outdoor speakers and views of the village and bay. Private Chefs are available for lunch & dinner, payable direct to hotel.

The La Salita suite is not available to book online. Please call or email us for availability and price.

Wi-Fi is available free throughout the hotel.

Disabled Facilities: 3 rooms are suitable for wheelchairs, their doors are wider and their bathrooms have sliding doors. They do not have roll-in showers or hand railings in the bathrooms. Although the hotel is situated in a hilly area which could prove difficult for clients confined to a wheelchair. Rooftop pool not suitable for the less mobile.

Mellieha is set slightly further north from St Paul's Bay sited on top of a hill, overlooking the north end of Malta. It is a striking hilltop village with a central street winding downhill towards the beach. It is surrounded by fertile valleys with many spots affording fine countryside views; a fine location to go out and stretch your legs.

The hotel’s two buildings, connected via a short underground walkway, are well located on the main street which is lined with quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and just a few minutes walk away from the village main square.

The hotel’s location is conveniently close to all the Island’s most popular sandy beaches. Mellieha Bay, the island’s longest sandy beach is only 900 metres downhill. In summer the hotel operates a courtesy coach to the beach, where you will find a wide variety of water sports. The ferry harbour to Gozo and the famous Blue Lagoon, in Comino, is only 4km away.

There is also a bus stop close to the hotel.

LES JARDINS is the main restaurant serving buffet breakfast and dinner, with special theme evenings such as a weekly Maltese Buffet or weekly BBQ in the summer.

During the summer pool snack bars are open.

Hotel guests wishing to sample fine dining can take advantage of special concession at THE ARCHES gourmet restaurant & wine cellar, adjacent to the hotel. This award winning restaurant is renowned for its cuisine, service and elegant ambience.
