The Ta Gianni holiday farmhouse is found down a secluded lane and close to the old church square of the quiet village of Xewkija. This farmhouse villa has been newly built in old Gozitan style with local limestone and in the traditional workmanship.

It is located just next to Ta Battista Farmhouse which can also be rented if travelling with a large group. The farmhouse has its own separate entrance and inner court yard and a private swimming pool.

The house has 3 twin bedrooms which can sleep up to 6. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with shower room en suite and two twin bedrooms on the first floor both with en suite bathrooms.

The farmhouse also has a beautiful roof terrace. The back of the farmhouse overlooks beautiful traditional gardens to other private residence. External pool (18 square meter).

The house is equipped with coin operated air-condition units in all bedrooms.

Disabled Facilities: The property is not suitable for persons with mobile difficulties.

Xewkija is one of the oldest villages of Gozo, it was the first parish outside the capital of Victoria (Rabat) and according to legend was the first place in Gozo to convert to Christianity after being settled by the Arabs.
