Summerfield - all the characteristics of a typical Gozo town house with the addition of its own private pool. Located down a very quiet lane on one of the roads leading to Xaghra's main square, you are only 5 minutes on foot from the restaurants and amenities the beautiful Xaghra main square has to offer.

The house provides a very large open plan living & dining area, kitchen and small shower room. To the front, outside the main door to the house, is a small, quaint courtyard and at the rear of the property, two large patio doors open up to the pool area and let in a lot a natural light. The pool area is relatively small at this property but still offers a great place relax in the afternoon sun.

Going up to the first floor, there are three bedrooms (2 main bedrooms with additional small room) and two bathrooms. Through the main bedroom you can find a staircase which takes you up to the roof terrace, the sun terrace is the ideal place to sunbath and relax with a nice cool drink and you can capture some beautiful views of the village and some distant country views.

Sleeps maximum 4 persons. Wi-Fi available.

Xaghra is a mere 15 minute drive to most localities in Gozo. Victoria is about 4km away. Apart from being in itself a picturesque village, Xaghra is rich in historical heritage with plenty to offer to its visitors. It is encircled by the beautiful bays of Ramla, Ghajn Barrani and Marsalforn. The village’s main square, which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, is about 2km from the hotel.

Xaghra is one of the oldest villages in Gozo - one can find the Neolithic temples of Ggantija - acknowledged to be the oldest free-standing structures in the world. At the edge of the village on the other side from the hotel there is Calypso Cave; the home of the nymph Calypso, mentioned in Homer’s Odyssey. Xerri’s Grotto and Ninu’s Cave are renowned for the fantastic shapes of their stalagmites and stalactites.

One bath towel and one face towel are provided per person.

For stays of over 7 days there is weekly maid service and a linen/towel change.

If required, one cot is provided free of charge. Second cot is €5 per day and highchairs are also €5 per day (subject to availability.)

Babysitting services can be arranged in resort, on request and at a local charge.

Two gas heaters are supplied in the winter months. Extra heaters are charged at €25 per gas cylinder (local payment & including handling fee.)

Food packs are provided at a charge of €20, this is compulsory, the food pack includes: 

Water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, ham & cheese.
